🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is always free, regardless of the product or destination.
Delivery times may vary depending on the item purchased:

24–72 business hours for ready-to-ship products

24–72 hours for dispatch + 4–10 business days for certain special items
(additional days may apply for remote areas or locations subject to customs clearance)
The estimated delivery time is automatically calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and the destination address.
The delivery times shown are estimates provided by the couriers. Any delays caused by the courier, logistic congestion, weather conditions, holidays, or customs inspections are outside our control and cannot be attributed to us.
Delays do not entitle customers to refunds, order cancellations, or free reshipments, unless the package is lost or returned to the sender.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow every step of the delivery.
🔄 Order Modification or Cancellation
Once the package has been shipped:

the shipping address cannot be modified
-
the order cannot be cancelled
If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you may do so only through a return once the package has been delivered, according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
📦 Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly and monitor your tracking information regularly.
We are not responsible for packages that are:

lost or undelivered due to an incorrect address entered by the customer

not delivered due to the recipient being unavailable
-
not collected within the required timeframe
-
returned to the sender for the reasons listed above
Couriers are not required to call to confirm delivery details or notify of delivery attempts.
All updates are available through the tracking link provided.
If the package is marked as “delivered”, the order is considered completed. Any issues must be handled directly with the courier.
If the package is returned to the sender, lost after failed delivery attempts, or not delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, you may request:

a new shipment at your expense, or
-
place a new order
🛠️ Order Preparation Errors or Courier Errors (Not Attributable to the Customer)
In case of an error on our part (wrong item, incorrect quantity, evident packaging issues) or courier-related issues not caused by the customer, we take full responsibility and will resolve the situation at no additional cost.
